Join me at String and Salt in Warragul to learn how to bake your own delicious artisan sourdough.
This comprehensive class will give you a skill for life. Together we’ll cover:
Starter culture creation and maintenance
All the steps to baking white, light rye and flavoured sourdough from your home kitchen, including:
Mixing
Proofing
Shaping
Slashing
Oven management/baking
Options for baking schedules including fridge retardation for long fermentations

Generous antipasti and a glass of something lovely to accompany our finished loaves
Small class size allowing all participants to get hands on experience at every step of the process - max 10 participants.
