Designed for the beginner to intermediate baker, this course will equip the lucky recipient with everything they need to know to create beautiful sourdough at home. Working at their own pace, they will learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter, mix dough, develop gluten, bulk ferment, shape, score and bake their own perfect sourdough loaf.
