Bread will be available to pick up from me at school drop off (I’ll try to get there at 8:55 and will hang around until just after 9am). You’ll find me at the grade 1 bridge (where the prep balcony connects to the grade 1 classrooms).

Slow fermented organic sourdough

Ingredients:

  • Organic stone ground bakers flour and premium heritage white flour

  • Fresh milled biodynamic rye flour

  • Starter culture

  • Mt Zero Pink Lake Salt

  • Purified rain water
